Meditation, Relaxation, and Deep Healing

Take rest in a place that is free from the stress of the world. This practice will guide you in creating an environment within yourself that will initiate balance and restoration on a physical, mental, and emotional level. From this place, it will be easy for you to access the state of yoga (union with the true self). You discover the feeling that "all is within" and "we are all one" as Monica's teacher, Sri Dharma often says. The session will include philosophy on the methods used, and be a practice of pranayama (breathing techniques), seated meditation, and yoga nidra (guided rest).
